Two Locations, One Standard

South Delhi (Greater Kailash, 110048) and North Delhi (Netaji Subhash Place, 110034). Both clinics operate Mon–Sat, 09:00–21:00, with the same surgical team rotation, the same CBCT and CAD/CAM stack, and the same sterilisation protocols. Patients can choose by proximity or appointment availability, clinical pathway is identical.

Facility Overview

20 dedicated surgical operatories across both locations. Separate implant surgery suite with positive-pressure filtration. Full in-house digital laboratory (CAD/CAM, 3D printing, milling). Dedicated patient recovery area. Private consultation suites for pre-treatment planning and post-treatment review. Both clinics are 10–15 minutes from major Delhi hotels with direct airport pickup arranged.

Technology

Planmeca ProMax 3D CBCT, high-resolution, low-dose 3D imaging used on every implant case. 3Shape TRIOS digital intraoral scanner, zero physical impressions. 5-axis CAD/CAM milling for in-house zirconia and PMMA prosthesis fabrication. SLA 3D printing for surgical guides, temporaries, and diagnostic models. Digital Smile Design, full aesthetic simulation reviewed and signed off by the patient before any treatment begins. Microscope-assisted dentistry, conscious sedation, and BiOlase laser for soft-tissue and selected hard-tissue procedures.

Sterilisation and Infection Control

ISO 9001:2015 certified sterilisation protocols audited annually. Pre-vacuum B-class autoclave with validated cycle documentation per instrument batch. 90+ single-use items consumed per surgical procedure. HEPA-filtered air handling in surgical operatories. Daily instrument audits with documented traceability, every implant component is logged from box to patient. Zero tolerance for reuse of single-use implant components or single-use surgical instruments.

Lifetime Warranty

Every treatment delivered at our facility carries a lifetime warranty on the implant fixture (Straumann SLActive and Nobel Biocare) and a 10-year warranty on monolithic zirconia full-arch prosthetics. Layered zirconia and lithium disilicate restorations carry a 10-year warranty; pink composite gum prosthetics, 5 years; PMMA provisionals, 1 year. Warranty enforcement is direct, patients reporting an issue are scheduled into our clinical review pathway, not bounced to a third-party adjudicator.
