How long do I have to use TENS Therapy ?It is generally advised to be used for 15 minutes for one session. You may require a few additional sessions depending upon your pain intensity. However, from the first session itself, you will find a difference in the pain level.

How long does TENS Therapy pain relief last?This depends on the intensity of the pain. For severe pain conditions, you may require a few more sessions. In some cases you need to have repeated sessions at regular intervals.

Can TENS therapy make the pain worse?Certainly not. TENS therapy will incredibly reduce the pain by blocking the nerve receptors that carry pain. It will not trigger the pain at any cause.
